Dean started at Alpha Rail in 1989 as a Technician in the drawing office, working alongside the Technical Manager.
Over the years Dean has seen the demise of the drawing board with the installation of CAD software and became ourTechnical Director following the management buyout in 2001. Dean runs a busy Technical office and manages a team of five technicians.
