Followed my father and grand father into the landscape contracting industry.
Formed Baylis Landscape Contractors ltd with brother Peter in 1997. and have been Managing Director ever since. Over 40 years experience in landscape construction and management, As well as overseeing the landscape contracting I specialise in natural and synthetic sports construction and surfacing. Co-founder of sister company Artificial Lawn Company ltd.
Bali South Thames Committee member for approx 20 years.
Landscape Training Group committee member and three times chairman. for approx 25 years.
