Started my career as a Quantity Surveyor in large civil engineering company I moved into the family business of Landscaping in the early 1990s following my father, grand father before me. I formed Baylis Landscape Contractors ltd in 1997 with my brother Andrew and have been Company Secretary and Commercial Director since then. I co formed Artificial Lawn Company ltd in 2000 a. I have overseen and managed a vast array of landscape construction and artificial grass projects ever since!
