Grace joined the British Sugar TOPSOIL team in 2017. Before joining British Sugar Grace worked for Bidfood as a Telesales Executive. The role required her to manage her own customer base, be the main contact for new and existing customers to place their orders and grow the business while achieving personal targets.

Outside of work Grace enjoys going to music festivals and skiing holidays with her family.
