I am proud to have been working for this company for 8 years now. Customer service is at the absolute core of my position as Depot Manager. Whether its loading materials into a car, speaking via telephone and email or having orders ready and waiting for collection. Engagement from the first point of contact with customers is key. I ensure I listen to their requirements and offer any advice to set people at ease, whether a project is large or small it can often be a daunting prospect. Product knowledge is a vital part of being able to offer good service and to stay at the forefront of the industry. Communication with suppliers, landscaping professionals and general public is paramount. Gleaning information about products and experiences as well as ongoing industry training allows all our sales team to offer outstanding service.
