Fresh Horticultural Careers is an independent recruitment agency specialising in the supply of temporary and permanent staff to the gardening, landscaping, horticulture and grounds/property maintenance industries. With over 15 years experience in recruitment, we have worked successfully with over 200 clients in the UK ranging from Chelsea Gold Medal Winners, PLC's through to small independent companies. In addition to BALI we are members of the REC which is the professional standards body for the recruitment industry. All our staff receive on going training with the REC. We are actively involved with the industry and sponsor the awards on an annual basis as well as visiting colleges to promote the industry.
