Alison Gilchrist

Almost 30 years ago, I entered the realm of Human Resources, joining GP Plantscape in 2001 to support our growing family business. I picked up ownership for marketing in addition to my HR responsibilities and in 2018 took a brief interlude to follow a lifelong passion and study multimedia journalism.

I love the diversity of my role, working to support and develop our team members – who are at the heart of our business -  and being able to utilise my more creative skills to enhance our company image. I enjoy the varying challenges each day brings and strive to help our people and our company flourish in everything I do.
