As head Maintenance Supervisor, James is on the road all day every day, carrying our site inspections either prior to teams arriving or inspecting the quality of work after teams have left and liaising with our clients. He has 30 years plus experience of garden maintenance and has been with Jason for nearly 25 years. An excellent problem solver who leads by example and has helped develop the business over the years, James is a stickler for quality who believes that in order for the business to succeed the teams on the ground must be delivering the best maintenance service possible ? which others would like to aspire too.
