Jacob is our Client Support Manager and his role involves ensuring all orders are delivered in full and in the desired timeframe. Jacob has a wealth of client service experience from previous roles, which helps him to ensure our clients’ expectations are consistently met. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family in the great outdoors.
