Timeless Walled Garden
A busy working couple asked us to design and build a comfortable, traditional feeling garden with ample entertaining space for when friends and family came to visit, and intimate areas to escape to when working from home. They wanted us to improve the connection between the house and the garden and encourage better use of the whole space at different times of the day, with options for sitting in the sun or shade and an area to catch the last of the sun as it sets.
Exotic Deck Garden
Meeting the client's well defined brief whilst making the best use of the available budget was key to the success of this design and build project. The quality of the materials is evident and all the elements have been constructed with care and precision. Reflective stainless steel edging and blue strip lighting trim the base of the deck area to give a clever "floating" illusion. The low maintenance planting has a tropical feel and contrasts purples with silver and variegated evergreen foliage. The result is a contemporary open space where the hard landscaping is complimented by bold architectural planting, providing interest throughout the year.
