Quaystone Facilities Management is based in Greenwich and is providing Facilities Management Services for the Greater London Authority on the Greenwich Peninsula (a service we have been providing for over 20 years) and on many other sites in London. We are currently working on a number of sites for Avison Young including Thames Barrier Park and The Crystal and have provided Facilities Management services for Pinnacle,Knight Dragon, the Lands Trust, RMS on the A13, Latchbrook Property & Estate Maintenance Services Ltd on a number of sites in the locality and for Red Bull Air Race. Works provided include installation of landscaped gardens and event lawns, creation of footpaths in resin bound material, installation of large decked areas and various other improvement works. The services we provide include maintenance of the hard and soft landscaped areas, maintenance of the street and amenity lighting, maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, litter removal, maintenance of buildings and civil engineering works including highway surfacing and drainage repairs.
