Max Nardone

Max Nardone
Position
Apprentice / Landscaper

Having joined the team fresh out of school, Max is our apprentice and has jumped straight into working with us full time which is very commendable and shows us how enthusiastic he is about the work and wanting to learn. Unbothered about time off or holidays, he’s making the most of his time being able to work and gaining invaluable, basic experience as come September he’ll have to split his time between studying horticulture in college and learning skills on-site through a hands-on approach with us.

Max is a good kid with a big heart who has impressed us all with his quick adaptation to the working life and the high physicality of the job. He is involving himself, asking lots of questions, working really hard and despite being a quiet lad, Max has developed a strong bond and has a lot of fun with the guys. He fits in perfectly.

It’s awesome to have somebody so young who is interested in landscaping and whom we can collectively mentor, mould and help with his growth and development.

Downtime for Max means chilling out with friends; he enjoys camping and is mad about fishing. From a young age, he has been into professional horse-riding (Max even competed in the Grand National) and rugby but had to stop after a sporting injury caused his knee to repeatedly dislocate.
