BALI HR&HS provider rebrands but service remains the same

Qdos Consulting, who have been supplying a membership benefit service to BALI members for a number of years will shortly be changing its company name to Quest Business Services. Qdos Consulting has reassured BALI that there will be minimal disruption to members and all service will resume as normal.

The below FAQ should answer any immediate queries. 

Emily Feeney, BALI's Senior Membership Officer, said "We’d like to stress to all members that with the exception of the marketing implications that come with re-branding, there will be no disruption in the service members receive through the BALI HR&HS service, nor will we see any change in the excellent work Qdos – now Quest – have provided BALI and its members with over the years."

Is Quest a different company?

No, Qdos Consulting has not been sold and they have the same owners and the services will be delivered by the same people as before, operating out of the same building in Leicestershire. Only the name will change. 

What do I need to do?

Initially nothing. Qdos will provide all the necessary information to your association who will then disseminate out further, particularly regarding marketing collateral and any changes you need to make on your website. Any existing website links will be redirected to the new Quest Business Services domain.

Are there any changes to phone numbers?

No. The advice line number for BALI members remains as 0116 243 7881.
