BALI supports members at Futurebuild 2019
BALI visited Futurebuild’s City Walk Pavilion in London on Wednesday 6 March. BALI’s Membership Officer Kate Grantham visited the event to support several BALI Registered members exhibiting at Futurebuild.
BALI Registered members exhibiting included environmentally friendly Hahn Plastics, living wall supplier Biotecture, manufacturer of water management products ACO Technologies, and urban lighting and street furniture specialists Aubrilam.
The event, formerly known as Ecobuild, saw over 1000 visitors including environmentally friendly suppliers, builders and companies.
Futurbuild which is now in its offered our members a chance to exhibit at the City Walk, which is new to Futurebuild for 2019. The café offers time to pause and see products focussed on urban placemaking including trees, active travel, urban street furniture and lighting and opportunities for children’s play. City Walk displays the wide range of elements that are needed to create positive experiences in the public realm.
BALI Registered members exhibiting at the event included Green-tech, Hahn Plastics, Green-tree Topsoil, Aubrilam, Barcham Trees, ACO Technologies, Platipus Anchors, Biotecture, Ronacrete and Ecodek.
Our members saw visitors flock to their horticultural corner, with the only part of Futurebuild which brought a breath of green fresh air throughout the show.
Futurebuild is focussed on building a sustainable future, through their busy seminars, and ecobuild conferences which informed architects and designers, consultants and constructors, and public and private sector clients on how to tackle the industry’s most pressing challenges. From housebuilding to cities, and build quality to leadership, the conference will share insights and learning from industry experts.
