BALI welcomes two new staff members
BALI's team at Landscape House has expanded with the introduction of two new officers. Alex Newberry has taken up the position of Sales Officer and Shinade Kaur as Regional Support Officer, the latter a brand new role in response to members requesting more support with regional activity.
Alex, who joined in July, has already implemented a focused sales strategy to help drive new business. Alongside a proven track record in sales and account management, he prides himself on providing a consultative approach that is conducted in a professional manner with exceptional attention to detail.
Shinade also joined the team in July and has extensive experience in events management with her previous role located in Australia, within the residential building industry. Her skillset includes excellent customer service, well organised and the ability to multi-task. Shinade has been tasked with supporting all eight BALI membership regions and aspires to make them all as self-sufficient as possible, all with active regional committees.
Commenting on BALI’s recent appointments, Operations Manager Kirsty Wood said;
Alex is likeable, approachable and incredibly skilled in consultative sales. He has already made a fantastic start by implementing several new processes within the role and is already lining up new members for the association.
Shinade is professional, strategically minded and focused on the job. Her extensive events knowledge and broad range of skills are a winning formula for BALI and we look forward to seeing her deliver our new regional strategy.
The team has now grown to 17 members of staff based at Landscape House including roles in membership, marketing, GoLandscape and LISS/CSCS. Alongside a new website which launched earlier this year and a suite of membership benefits designed to support and promote members, there has never been a better time to be part of the BALI membership network.
