BALI's Land-based Industry Skills Scheme (LISS) and Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS), a jointly managed SmartCard scheme (LISS/CSCS) for any person working on live commercial land-based/construction sites, now recognises Environmental Maintenance Operatives as part of the scheme.

More specifically, the brand new Litter Picking and Environmental Maintenance e-learning course, delivered by Lantra, is available now and has been developed specifically for people looking to learn about and attain a litter picking certificate. It forms part of the LISS/CSCS requirement for individuals wanting to gain a Blue Skilled Environmental Maintenance Operative LISS/CSCS SmartCard.
