FutureScape EXPO 2020 goes virtual this November
FutureScape EXPO 2020 will now be a virtual event taking place online on 17-19 November, following announcements from the Prime Minister, and follow up announcements from the UK’s Culture Secretary.
FutureScape’s managing director Jim Wilkinson says:
It’s very clear that FutureScape EXPO 2020 cannot go ahead in its current guise due to the pilot events of 1,000 attendees per day having been suspended and the predicted increase in virus cases. This could potentially lead to further lockdowns.
FutureScape 2020 Virtual will be the first-ever virtual exhibition in the UK’s landscaping industry.
Jim continues:
Although this may not have been the show that we all predicted FutureScape EXPO 2020 was going to be, we felt as though we had to put something in the calendar for the industry to get together, albeit virtually. The plan for the virtual exhibition is incredible – it will contain the same informative, inspiring and educational seminars and the best suppliers to the market will be in attendance.
Further information regarding the seminars will be released in due course. There will be opportunities to book time slots with the suppliers, or you can ‘walk’ around the exhibition hall and drop in via video link.
Pre-registration for FutureScape VIRTUAL 2020 is open – register here to be notified when full registration is live.
