Horticruitment UK marks its 30th anniversary this year

In 1989 BALI Registered Affiliate member Horticruitment UK was born and was the first agency to provide a specialist recruitment service for the horticultural industry. Originally set up to serve the Garden Centre and Nursery sectors the business quickly established itself as one of the leading recruiters within the industry. They have since successfully developed their service to include all aspects of the landscaping sector.

Today, Horticruitment UK is led by Ruth Bolam, Commercial and Operations Director. Quality not quantity continues to be the primary focus, to have quality positions with quality candidates to match. To achieve their goal, Horticruitment has been investing in quality support staff such as marketing, finance and administration together with experienced consultants who have first-hand experience working in the horticultural industry.

Throughout 2019 they will continue to invest in technology to assist us to improve the aids of communication and to attract and find the top-quality candidates for their clients.
