How to make the most of your BALI membership this month

As we head into the busy Summer season, BALI highlights some of the easy ways to maximise your BALI membership from visiting the free events, free editorial opportunities and sponsorship opportunities. 

1. Free events

BALI and other industry bodies will be hosting several events over the next few months to support a range of our members including;

• BALI's North Thames 'Meet the Supplier' event which is a free event and open to all members from around the country on 11 June 2019 at Europlants UK. 
• BALI Affiliates Forum is also a free event open to all members but is targeted to Registered Affiliate, Associate Affiliate, Registered Designer, Associate Designer and Training Provider members, with a host of guest speakers and talks relevant to the supply industry. 
• Gardening Scotland to be held on 31 August - 2nd June 2019 and Grillo Outdoor Kitchen CPD event which will be open to BALI members and is free entry as part of your Gardening Scotland ticket. 

Do you have an industry relevant event that you would like to publicise through the BALI website? Login to your 'my BALI area' to upload industry relevant events onto the BALI website.

2. Shout about your news

Has your business got newsworthy information? Or are you looking to publicise on another platform? Utilise the BALI news section on the website and weekly e-newsletter to promote your company news to other BALI members and the wider public.

Handy tip, if you'd like to upload your company events and news stories to then appear on the BALI website you can do so from anywhere you have access to the BALI website. If you login to your 'my BALI area' and head to 'my content' button to upload your company events and news stories to then appear on the BALI website. 

We also offer editorial opportunities for offline publications which include Landscape News. Landscape News is a quarterly industry journal available both offline and online versions. BALI Registered members have the opportunity to submit editorial content for the Autumn edition. The deadline date to submit content is 9 August 2019. 3. Promote your business at the 2019 BALI National Landscape Awards

Are you a BALI Registered member? Submit your entry to the most prestigious industry Awards ceremony in the UK before 5th June for BALI Registered Contractor, Designer and Group members and the early bird entry deadline on 5th June for Registered Affiliate members, Employer Excellence and Registered International members. 

Winning a BALI National Landscape Award has proven success for many Registered members from business recognition and promotion whether it be a Principal, Special or Grand Award.
