Marshalls Landscape Protection to showcase at 2022 international security expo
Accredited Supplier Marshalls is among 350 high-quality vetted international exhibitors attending this year’s International Security Expo, taking place on 27 - 28 September at the Grand Hall, Olympia London. Celebrating 20 years, the two-day event brings together those in the industry to launch and showcase their products to the most influential security leaders from around the globe.
Marshalls Landscape Protection will be exhibiting at the show on stand B102 promoting its design-led, hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) solutions that provide reassurance and peace of mind against the threat of accidental and intentional vehicle collisions to private and public spaces.
The Protect Duty Legislation is set to come into effect over the next few months and places a new responsibility on venue owners and event organisers to ensure reasonable and proportionate measures are implemented to protect visitors from harm.
Paul Haggerty, HVM Business Development Manager at Marshalls Landscape Protection said:
“The Protect Duty will be a positive step forward in improving the safety of all public spaces, but we are aware that many local authorities and business owners will be uncertain about the impact this new legislation will have on them. We also acknowledge that overly reinforcing public spaces is a concern, as this can have a negative effect on public perceptions of safety. The opportunity to discuss our innovative solutions with a highly targeted, vetted audience is essential to improve the security and resilience of the industry and critical infrastructures.”
By offering an array of non-intrusive safety solutions that can be installed in public areas without having a detrimental effect to the look and feel of the space, Marshalls Landscape Protection portfolio offers everything required to develop urban areas in terms of both public safety and aesthetic appeal.
The ISE acts as a platform to debate current security challenges with world-renowned experts, providing the opportunity to generate new business, build new contacts and network with a high-level audience of active security buyers. Additionally, immersive and interactive demonstrators throughout the event will highlight the endless capabilities on offer to the security market, making it the ideal setting to view the latest security technology.
With many years’ experience of developing fully crash-tested solutions, Marshalls Landscape Protection can advise on designing proportionate and cost-effective public safety schemes that will enable organisations to comply with the new Protect Duty legislation.
