Maylim awarded The Earnshaw Building contract

Maylim has been awarded the external works contract for The Earnshaw Building on New Oxford Street, in partnership with Principal Contractor Skanska.
 
This new mixed-use development will comprise of an 11-storey commercial office, 18 residential apartments, and ground-floor retail and restaurant units.
 
Maylim's scope of work includes groundwork, drainage, and both hard and soft landscaping. In addition, they will install a bespoke lighting scheme, handrails, and street furniture. The unique features, such as etched concrete and bespoke metal planters aim to enhance the aesthetics.
 
Maylim will begin work on the Earnshaw Building in May 2023, with the project due to be completed by the end of the summer.
