The show is currently in full swing, showcasing some amazing gardens, as well as trade stands and BALI members have been celebrating their success.

Accredited Contractor Acacia Gardens, who built Show Garden The Way of Saint James were awarded a Silver medal. The garden draws inspiration from St. James, the patron saint of Spain, and pilgrims’ journey to Santiago de Compostela. It aims to capture the essence of this spiritual journey and Galicia’s mystical forests.

Key design elements include a pilgrim statue, the Camino symbols of the Santiago cross and a yellow arrow, water fountain, a natural pond, boulders and trees and woodland planting to capture the ambience of the route.

The Exodus Adventure Travels: The Sounds of Adventure Garden, built by Nic Howard of Accredited Contractor We Love Plants was not only awarded a Silver-gilt medal, but also received the Best Construction Award. The garden was designed to engage all senses, this sustainable oasis embodies the company’s commitment to sustainable travel. With every element carefully created to minimise environmental impact, from materials selection to water conservation techniques.

In the Get Started Gardens, The Making Sense Garden, built by Accredited Contractor Acacia Gardens was awarded a Silver medal. The garden has a sensory theme and has been designed specifically for people with smell and taste disorders in mind. The garden was created to provide a space for people with disorders such as anosmia or hyposmia, to explore, sit, talk and enjoy a garden in which the other senses – sight, sound and touch – are enhanced and given a platform.

Accredited Suppliers are also showcasing their product ranges at the show, including Majestic Trees, Stihl and Agriframes.

The show continues until Sunday 7 July. If you are visiting, please visit us on the BALI stand – HC 381!
