Scotscape launch new branding ready for new year
The award-winning landscaper Scotscape (a BALI Registered contractor) today unveiled its new brand identity launching a new website and fresh look across all communications platforms and deliverables.
The new visual identity is based around the opening, overlapping petals of a flower, which when used in the new Scotscape logo form a globe, reflecting the company’s international customer base.
A new strapline “The Complete Green Solution” reflects the one-stop shop nature of the business. A vibrant green is used for the master logo, locking the company into that sector and referencing nature and life.
Taking this big step to fully communicate the Scotscape range of services to the industry and customers alike has been facilitated by London based design consultants Designhouse who have worked as true partners in developing the brand outcome for this established landscaping business.
The opportunity to elevate the original brand to meet the global offer now available from Scotscape has presented itself in response to the demands of a global customer base and a united worldwide requirement to fight air pollution with smart landscaping and the integration of plants into our cities.
‘The time had come for us to cohesively communicate our service offer – future-proofing our business for further development within the urban greening industry. Part of our brand DNA is our role as horticulturalists, a passion to leave a green legacy in a world which is battling against pollution. Our innovative approach to smart green design, investment in research and development and our open collaborative values further galvanise Scotscape to reach higher and lead thought within the green infrastructure space’ Anna Roochove – Marketing Manager.
The challenge to communicate Scotscape as offering ‘The Complete Green Solution’ has been met, forming three distinct and fully operational departments which work under the well-known Scotscape brand umbrella.
Smartscape harnesses the living walls operation, the development of smart green technology to create bespoke green solutions for customers and the active research and development programme to continually develop further understanding of the benefits of nature to urban environments.
Landscape is where the company’s traditional service led landscape construction business rests – delivering excellent services to commercial and domestic clients.
Groundscape houses the award-winning landscape maintenance service where a team of horticulturalists manage landscapes to excellent standards to support sustainable practices and enhance placemaking schemes throughout the UK.
Angus Cunningham – Managing Director:
‘In the 35 years since I started Scotscape and with global warming, pollution and urbanisation achieving regular headline space, an exciting marketplace is appearing where we really can make a difference.
With our patented Smart Greening Systems we have the technology to face up to these challenges using nature as our ally.
Scotscape has grown into a dynamic SME with a wealth of knowledge and intellectual property that we continue to develop.
We are as excited as we are passionate about introducing and maintaining living green and biodiversity into the most challenging of urban areas.’
