Success for BALI's Profitable Design Practice Webinar

Held on Thursday 15 November, BALI's second designer-focused webinar saw a record number of online participants join BALI's Marketing and Communications Manager, Darren Taylor, and panellists Marian Boswall, Rosemary Coldstream, John Wyer, Kate Gould, Emma Mazzullo, Adam White and Andree Davies for a 90-minute webinar, focusing on making your practice profitable.

 

Over 60 attendees tuned in, live, to hear from some of the industry's leading landscape professionals operating within their respective garden and landscape design field, and several more decided to wait and watch the on-demand recording which is only available for those that paid for and registered for a place on BALI's website.

 

The webinar was split into a 60-minute presentation, hosted by BALI Design Director Marian Boswall and discussed profitability in the sense of monetary and non-monetary opportunities, including balancing the books, timekeeping, project management, when to step away from a project, planning, plant purchasing responsibility and more.

 

The online event was the second in a new series of specialist design webinars aimed at inspiring, supporting and encouraging garden design professionals, with a third event planned for 2019.
