The month of May sees triple shows for BALI team
The British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) is promoting its members at three major industry flower shows in the next four weeks, starting with the RHS Malvern Spring Flower Show 2018 which starts today. For the first time, BALI has a garden trade stand at the show which has been judged this morning. At the time of writing the results have yet to be published. BALI designed, planted and co-ordinated the garden trade stand with the support from Associate Designer member Jane Bingham of The Cheshire Garden. The hard landscaping was carried out by BALI Registered Contractor Isola Garden Design. The garden, titled 'The Secret Garden' plays homage to a quintessentialy English courtyard sized garden with classical and traditional planting. BALI chose to design and build a garden to maximise promotional opportunities for members in the Midlands region, and, throughout its wider membership, by being able to visually demonstrate the work that members carry out in a domestic capacity. BALI has produced a supporting leaflet which also promotes the association and the work of its members.
BALI Registered members Green-tech, Wyevale Nurseries, Westminster Stone Company, Harrod UK, British Sugar TOPSOIL, Everedge and Haddonstone also supported the garden by providing products and materials to help with the build. BALI would like to thank all of its sponsors for making the garden a reality.
