Tivoli secures Grounds Maintenance contract in Yorkshire
Accredited Contractor, Tivoli Group secures a significant contract with Yorkshire Housing, encompassing comprehensive Grounds Maintenance & Associated Services across approximately 300 sites throughout Yorkshire's East, West, and South regions.
Commencing on 1 April 2024, the initial 24-month term of the contract, extendable by two periods of 12 months each, underscores Tivoli's commitment to excellence. Services encompass a range of essential tasks, including grass mowing, planted bed maintenance, hedge pruning, weed management, and litter and debris removal.
Yorkshire Housing, renowned as the largest housing association exclusively serving Yorkshire, boasts a portfolio of approximately 20,000 homes, including accommodations for older residents and low-cost rental properties.
Tivoli's successful bid was distinguished by its emphasis on delivering substantial social value, leveraging local supply chain expertise, and presenting innovative and commercially viable strategies. With a proven track record in managing analogous contracts nationwide, Tivoli pledges significant investment towards enhancing green spaces across the estate.
