Van den Berk Nurseries acquires UK-based Tandee Nursery

Accredited Supplier, Van den Berk Nurseries, based in Sint-Oedenrode, has completed the acquisition of the UK-based Tandee Nursery in Peterborough. The acquisition, which takes effect immediately, provides a strong foundation for further growth and enables the company to better meet the needs of customers in the UK’s private market. The newly established company will operate under the name Tandee & Van den Berk Nurseries Ltd. from 13 January 2025.

For existing customers and suppliers of Tandee Nursery, nothing will change: all services and deliveries will continue as usual. Van den Berk is working closely with Tandee Nursery’s existing team to ensure a smooth transition. Deanna Craighead, the current owner of Tandee Nursery, will remain actively involved in a key role within the new organisation.
