I’m committed to raising the Association’s profile at both government and industry levels. I support cross-industry working groups and committees, representing the Association and its members, including APPGHG, Scottish Ministerial Industry Roundtable Group and the OHRG.

Ensuring that the industry has the right people, skills, and learning opportunities is at the heart of my work at BALI and with the GoLandscape initiative. By working closely with industry leaders, members, educational establishments, and other industry partners the Skills and Careers team is committed to helping the industry to develop the tools and opportunities to succeed and thrive

Shaping the way the Association connects with its members and the wider industry is at the heart of my role. I focus on creating impactful campaigns and clear communication strategies that highlight the value of our work and celebrate the achievements of our members.
